Shipping Information

We aim to fulfill your purchase as quickly as possible.

  • Orders placed Monday-Friday before 12PM ET will begin processing that day (excluding holidays).

  • Orders placed after 12PM ET will begin processing the next business day (excluding holidays).

  • Orders placed after 12PM ET on Friday will begin processing the following Monday (excluding holidays).

All orders are shipped via USPS domestic and international orders are typically shipped within 24 hours.

Please note: For international shipments duties, taxes or fees assessed by customs are the responsibility of the customer.

Mashell Goodluck is not liable for misdirected delivery attempts. If delivery instructions (e.g. leave package in shed, garage, with neighbor, etc.) are made by the customer with the delivery company, Mashell Goodluck does not accept responsibility if the package fails to reach the customer.

 

 

Easy Returns & Exchanges

We understand that sometimes your order won’t work out for you—and that’s not a problem. For your convenience, merchandise can be returned. However, merchandise may not be returned after 30 days.

All items must be returned new, unused, unwashed, unaltered, and with all original tags attached. Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer.

Please allow 1 week from the day you return your package for your account to be credited. Please note that all credit/debit card refunds will be placed on the card used for the original purchase. Allow 1-2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement.
